A Decade on the Mat
Yoga is more than poses — it is coming home to yourself.
I have trained with teachers across China, Singapore and the United States, practising Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Hot and Ashtanga. What began as relief from the pressures of graduate study became a lifelong path.
My background as a dancer shapes the way I teach: flowing, intentional movement that builds flexibility and wellbeing while expressing a deeper consciousness.
